Traffic Violations

Traffic violations can range from infractions punishable by a fine and points to criminal level punishable by probation, classes, community service and jail.  Convictions can mean hundreds or thousands of dollars in penalties and increased insurance costs and a driver's license or revocation.  Common charges include speeding, careless and reckless driving, leaving the scene of a crash, and driving under revocation.

Traffic cases can often be negotiated to lower or eliminate the points, keeping punishment and insurance increases to a minimum.  I have handled thousands of traffic cases and am often able to favorably resolve the case without the client ever having to go to court.
